The Oslo National Gallery has a varied collection. Edvard Munch’s The Scream and the other Munch paintings are must see. There are several rooms focused on Norwegian artists but there are non-norwegian art works as well. The museum is very easy to navigate and the rooms are well marked.
Jun 25, 2014 · A very nicely set up gallery in the center of the city. The room with the Munch paintings is spectacular with a number of pre-1900 wonderful oils. Actually did this one backwards , starting form modern going back to the old. Still, enjoyable. Of course the scream …
